Testing Posterous and Instaviz

This is my first time posting using Posterous. I'm not quite sure how this post will appear but I guess I'm going to find out soon. I guess everything up until I hit the send button has been pre-posterous. At least for me that is.

In addition to testing out Posterous, I am testing out a new iPhone App called Instaviz. Instaviz is a creation of Glen Low who won two Apple Design Awards in 2004 for his Mac OS X version of GraphViz ( http://www.graphviz.org/ ). Graphviz is a powerful graph layout engine developed at AT&T research and is free software licensed under the CPL ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphviz ). This graph took about 8 minutes to create on my iPhone. Instaviz can export PNG, PDF, and GV (dot notation), and VDX files. The GV files can be read by OmniGraffle, a superb application for Mac OS X. I believe the VDX files are Visio XML files, glad I don't have to use Visio much anymore.

Here goes my first posterous post! Update: I’ve since moved all of my Posterous entries to my personal WordPress installation hosted on my Joyent SmartMachine.
